Our outpatient centers in New Britain and Southington provide individual and group counseling along with substance abuse treatment and other trauma-based treatment for depression, anxiety, and mental health concerns.
We offer counseling to:

Mental Health Programs
The Day Treatment Program
Meets three to four days a week for four hours.
Outpatient Counseling Programs Schedule:
Monday - Thursday 8 a.m.-8 p.m.
Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
(Hours are dependent on programs and provider availability)
Tools to Treat Depression Group Therapy
For those with seasonal affective disorder (SAD) and other depression.
Participants may start at any time. Insurance required.
Including anger management, women's issues, and coping with anxiety.
Group and Individual Therapy
Including couples and family therapy.
For victims of physical, sexual and/or emotional abuse.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
