Patient Accounts and Bill Payments
A patient’s hospital bill can be paid via credit card by calling Customer Service at 860.224.5181, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday; at The Hospital of Central Connecticut Cashier, New Britain General Campus, 100 Grand St., New Britain, 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM or noon to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday (closed for lunch from 11:30 AM to noon); or by mail at the address noted on a patient’s bill.
