What is Step It Up?
Step It Up promotes walking and walkable communities to help improve health.
MidState Medical Center and The Hospital of Central Connecticut are working with towns and community groups in our area to promote walking and hiking trails, and asking members of the community to take the Step It Up pledge to walk more over a 30-day period of their choosing.
