Dr. Vega is an amazing doctor! She gives you her full attention and is very personable. I had a double mastectomy with reconstruction and Dr.Vega reconstructed my breasts exactly how they were. People who meet me have no idea I had anything done. It’s been 9 months since surgery and I sometimes forget I had reconstruction. Highly recommend.

Cannot recommend Dr. Vega enough. I went to her for a panniculectomy post bariatric surgery. Her work is impeccable and her bedside manner is great as well. Couldn't be happier with my results. She gave me my confidence back.

For patients who are not familiar with surgical procedures, expected outcomes, or standard protocols, there is a significant risk of being taken advantage of, both financially and in terms of care. I feel that the results I received were far from this surgeon’s best work, and I sense a degree of manipulation in how my care was handled. Knowing that these results are permanent, it saddens me to see that my concerns thus far do not seem to be truly heard or genuinely cared about. I would strongly encourage anyone who does not feel completely comfortable, heard, and respected to continue looking for a surgeon with whom they feel fully confident with, for me this was not the experience I anticipated.

I was having trouble breathing and Dr. Vega noticed that my nose was broken and I had a deviated septum. After surgery, she told me my nose was broken in three different spots. I am breathing so much better now. Her bedside manner is wonderful, I highly recommend Dr. Vega. I also found out that Dr. Vega is the only surgeon in the state that can do one stage breast reconstruction. I am a 5 time breast cancer survivor, I wish she had been my surgeon 20 years ago when I had to go through multiple surgeries for my reconstruction.
