Dr Scarlett and his team are awesome one hip surgery one rotator cuff surgery and both have been game changers. To boot the man is just as genuine and nice as anyone you can meet however the detriment is sometimes it takes a little too long to get an appointment with him LOL
I had surgery on my left shoulder rotator cuff full tendon tear in April 2026 by Dr.Scarlette very kind and professional and also MacKenzie helped me alot during preparation for surgery very professional and kind and caring also front desk very polite and professionals,I'm so happy I got to meet u all and also the surgical center,I don't have no complaints I'm from hartford ct. I'm glad my PCP from Starlings physicians gave me their info.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Scarlett for years, and he has always been kind, funny, and precise. He replaced both of my hips and, more recently, my left knee — and I’m grateful to God for the skill He’s been given to do what he loves. There aren’t many like him. Blessings. The only flaw I can point out, he’s not a Dallas Cowboys fan 😊
Everyone in this office was extremely friendly & professional. The wait time for my visit was amazingly only about 5 minutes. The staff was fast & efficient. I had xrays- bloodwork & saw my doctor in a half an hour. I highly recommend Starling Physicians.
