All staff members were great getting me ready for the doctor. My question about my health was answered and the doctor explained all my options and the care I need to get well. He said he would contact my doctor about my problems and gave me prescription for my health care.

Dr. Santoro provided excellent patient care engaging with me in an appropriate, probing, conversation/inquiry about my condition, confirming the authenticity of my symptoms & proposing a few treatment options. He was reassuring in his long term prognosis & advised me of the importance of staying current on all annual exams & testing. He was kind, caring & empathetic to my situation.

Called to make an appointment on the Farmington phone number very rude receptionist Valerie had an attitude put me on hold then hung up in my face I called back and she was still rude and said I hing up on her she knows that's bull but needed an excuse , I told her she was very rude and that I was gonna report her if she can't handle her job working in customer service and she probably shouldn't have that job
