I have never in my life had a provider talk to me in such a clear and concise way. Consider my thoughts and make a clear plan with my personal history in mind! After years of feeling that providers were unable or unwilling to listen or help, Dr Colman is a breath of fresh air! She is so smart, so thoughtful, so thorough! I have multifaceted issues and she took time to make sure I understood each step of the process from the exam to the medication changes to next steps. I have already recommend her to my close circle of chronic migraine sufferers/friends! 10/10! She is a rare human being, a provider who seems to genuinely enjoy her job and care about her patients! I am so grateful to her for seeing me!

Dr. Colman is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and caring. She truly goes above and beyond with my care and doesn't hesitate to reach out of other physicians if she feels it would be useful. She's made a huge difference in my quality of life by managing my headaches and catching things that have until now slipped through the cracks and put in referrals to get me to the right specialists.

Dr Colman is awesome. It is hard to get appointments with her, but in the appointment, she always spends enough time going over all these types of questions and concerns.

Scheduled a visit for my regular chronic migraine treatment, visit was confirmed, checked in, completed the paperwork , waited in the chair for 30 minutes, then she sent office manager in to tell me she was refusing to see me because I needed to schedule a follow up appt first. She does not care about patients and their time and conditions clearly mean nothing to her.

Dr. Colman listened carefully to my comments and answered my questions clearly. She discussed with me the current issues with my chronic migraines and the possible next steps. She carefully explained the proposed treatment plan and rationale for it. I thought she was very knowledgeable about the possible causal factors for my migraines and about the range of treatment methods that were available and appropriate for my case. Overall I was very satisfied with her care and treatment.

If I could rate Dr. Rachel Colman a 0 I would. My mother has been going to this office for a long time. During her last appointment she had to reschedule due to sickness When she went to her new appointment she approach my mother very rude telling her that she did not cancelled the last appointment and was a no show when she did call and rescheduled. She basically called her a liar after that she started telling my mother because she did not come her botox was needed for other people. If the insurance paid for the botox it paid for my mom’s not another patient’s that is not how it works. My mother has no control over sudden sickness. She then told her she could not speak that she would have to schedule a different appointment for a consult and started injecting her the botox with no touch, my mother still has the marks on her forehead today and this never happens with the other doctor and also experienced a lot of pain during the procedure. My mom suffers from migraines she had a ponytail she did not even tell my mom to take it off she pulled it off. I feel like she has no human touch my mom will not be coming back to her office. I will also be calling to make a report because this is no way to treat a woman who suffers from chronic pain not only head but other health issues that I’m not going to disclose. I wish I was there with my mom at her appointment I would have said something to her but I do believe my mom and its not the first time she has this type of behavior towards her. Like I said my mom has chronic migraines and she rather change doctors and start over than give this doctor another chance. Dr. Rachel learn some manners and go back to school so they can train you again on how to talk and touch patients since you forgot.
