Patient Support

Nurse Navigators

Nurse Navigators are the welcoming face of the cancer program at The Hospital of Central Connecticut.  Registered nurses with cancer expertise, the navigators are skilled professionals who meet with patients from the moment they come to the hospital for care, and remain by their side throughout their course of treatment and rehabilitation, explaining their care options and answering any questions they may have.
