Interpretive Services

The Hospital of Central Connecticut makes every attempt to use our translators or translator systems for interpreting communication between patient and caregiver, to avoid the use of family members, friends or others who accompany patients being asked to act as interpreter for the patient.

Translation Services

Translation Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, through hospital volunteers or CyraPhone™ equipment, located throughout both campuses. Two other CyraPhone systems are available as required for use in any area of the hospital.
