The Hospital of Central Connecticut is an acute care community teaching hospital affiliated with Hartford HealthCare, the largest integrated, full spectrum health care system in CT. HOCC has 414 beds and 32 bassinets, nearly 3,000 employees and 500 physicians on staff. As a teaching hospital affiliated with the University of Connecticut School of Medicine, The Hospital of Central Connecticut provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services in obstetrics and gynecology, general Medicine, surgery, and a variety of specialties including, but not limited to bariatric surgery, cancer services, cardiology, clinical research, endocrine and bone health, psychiatry and behavioral health, sleep disorders, vascular disorders and wound care.
