NEW BRITAIN — The Hartford HealthCare (HHC) Cancer Institute at The Hospital of Central Connecticut (HOCC) is hosting “Cancer Transitions, A Guide to Your Life After Cancer,” a free four-week series open to all cancer patients who have recently completed treatment. Sessions will start on Oct. 5 and be held every Tuesday in October at the HOCC Cancer Institute.
The sessions will cover financial and emotional aspects of survivorship, exploring integrative therapies, nutrition and exercise, and long term medical management.
