Hospital’s Family Health Center in Bristol to offer free screenings at April 30 health fair

New Britain - The Hospital of Central Connecticut Family Health Center at 22 Pine St., Bristol, will host a free health fair to include several screenings on Wednesday, April 30 from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m.

The free screenings to be offered are glucose, carotid ultrasound, blood pressure and bone density. A diabetes risk assessment and sleep apnea screening questionnaire will also be available. The event will also include nutrition handouts, games and healthy snacks.
