Hospital's Weigh Your Options free program Feb 26

The Hospital of Central Connecticut will hold a free Weigh Your Options Information Session at 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 26 at 11 South Road, Suite 130, Farmington.
The Weigh Your Options
SM Weight Loss Program offers a variety of programs including a medically monitored very low-calorie diet, reduced calorie food plans, education classes, medical nutrition therapy counseling, behavioral health counseling and physical activity guidance.
The program is led by Dr. Thomas Lane, who has more than 25 years of experience with very low-calorie diet supervision and use of adjunct drug therapy for weight management. The program team includes physicians, registered dietitians, a behavioral health psychologist and exercise specialists to help with weight and health management.
Other upcoming sessions to be held at 6 p.m. at 11 South Road, Suite 130, Farmington are March 26, April 23, May 28 and June 25.
