Diabetes and heart disease focus of HOCC’s Sept. 23 WomenHeart of Central Connecticut meeting

(New Britain, Conn.) – At The Hospital of Central Connecticut’s Tuesday, Sept. 23 WomenHeart of Central Connecticut support network meeting, an HOCC registered nurse and dietitian will discuss the impact of diabetes on heart disease.

Betsy Kubacka, RN, RD, also certified in diabetes education, will present during the 5:30 to 6:45 p.m. meeting at the New Britain General campus, 100 Grand St., Dining Room B. The free meeting is open to women with heart disease.
