Hospital to hold free “Healing for the Holidays” grief program

The Hospital of Central Connecticut will hold a free program, “Healing for the Holidays: A Grief Self-Care Program”, Thurs. Nov. 15, 5:30-7 p.m. at the New Britain General campus, 100 Grand St.
Karen Caplan, bereavement and palliative care social worker, and Father Ron Smith, chaplain, will help those who have lost a loved one learn how to make the holidays more manageable and meaningful this year.
