Sleep Disorders Center to host game night, insomnia talk

The Hospital of Central Connecticut Sleep Disorders Center CPAP Support Group will feature game night Tuesday, Feb. 28, 6:30-8 p.m., Lecture Room 2, New Britain General campus, 100 Grand St. Please call (860) 224-5538 by Feb. 24 to register. The hospital’s CPAP Support Group is an informal, bi-monthly gathering that includes group discussions about treatment and management of sleep apnea, along with occasional guest speakers.
On March 6, 6 p.m., the Sleep Disorders Center will host a free talk at its Southington location, “Insomnia or Something More Serious?”, featuring Susan Rubman, Ph.D. The talk will be at 1131 West Street, Southington, Building 1, lower level. Refreshments available at 5 p.m.
