Hospital of Central Connecticut Sleep Disorders Center to host lecture

The Hospital of Central Connecticut’s
Sleep Disorders Center will host a free lecture, “Sleepless in Connecticut,” Thursday, April 8, 6:30-8 p.m., at the hospital’s New Britain General campus, 100 Grand St.
Psychotherapist Rae Tattenbaum, LCSW, director of Inner Act, West Hartford, will offer information and tips on learning to fall asleep and return to sleep. The lecture is free to the public. Please register by April 1 by calling the Sleep Disorders Center, (860) 224-5538.
