Hospital of Central Connecticut Offers Diabetes Education in Southington

For people newly diagnosed with diabetes, the Joslin Diabetes Center Affiliate at The Hospital of Central Connecticut offers a comprehensive diabetes education program at the Bradley Memorial campus, 81 Meriden Ave., Southington.
The program covers medication management, glucose monitoring, meal planning, foot care, exercise and other topics.
