Hospital Offers New Breast Cancer Support Group
New Britain [April 07 2009] -
Beginning May 6, The Hospital of Central Connecticut will hold a breast cancer support group for people newly diagnosed with breast cancer or in active treatment for breast cancer.
The group will meet the first Wednesday of each month, 5:30-7 p.m. in Dining Room B at the hospital’s New Britain General campus, 100 Grand St.
Those interested in attending should contact Donna Boehm, (860) 224-5900, X6307, before their first meeting. Light refreshments will be provided.
The group is being funded by a grant from the Connecticut Breast Health Initiative, Inc.
