Hospital Names Associate Chief of Surgery
New Britain [February 09 2007] -
Robert Napoletano, MD, of Kensington has been named associate chief of Surgery at The Hospital of Central Connecticut.
A general and vascular surgeon, Dr. Napoletano joined the former New Britain General Hospital in 1990, and has served as an attending surgeon and head of the Vascular Surgery Section. He is also a clinical instructor in the Department of Surgery at the University of Connecticut and teaches surgical residents and medical students at The Hospital of Central Connecticut.
Dr. Napoletano is board-certified in surgery. He earned his medical degree from Boston University and completed his internship and residency in general surgery at New Britain General Hospital.
He is in private practice with Grove Hill Medical Center in New Britain.
