Knee & Hip Pain: Free Lecture Scheduled
New Britain [November 06 2006] -
“Answers to your questions about Knee and Hip Pain,” will be held on Thursday, Nov. 30, 2006 at 6:30 p.m. at the New Britain General campus of the Hospital of Central Connecticut.
This is a free seminar to learn about the various causes of knee and hip pain, the treatments available, and how to restore lost mobility and reclaim a healthy, active lifestyle.
Dianne Vye, RN, joint replacement program manager, will discuss the origins of knee and hip pain and how it can be treated. Vye manages the Center for Joint Care, one of the Hospital’s Centers of Excellence, which offers a comprehensive program of seminars, patient education, and post-operative physical therapy.
All lectures are held in the New Britain General campus’ Lecture Room 2 at 6:30 p.m. Refreshments will be provided.
