Mail and flowers
Bradley Memorial campus
Mail or flowers will be delivered to patient rooms. Mail received at the hospital after discharge will be forwarded to patients' homes.
New Britain General campus
Mail is delivered to patient rooms twice daily weekdays and once on Saturdays (no Sunday delivery). Florists deliver to a central flower room and flowers are taken to patient rooms as soon as possible.
Visitors may bring flowers any time; we encourage the use of non-breakable containers. Flowers are not permitted in Critical Care Units.

A variety of gifts, magazines, cards and flowers is available in the gift shop in the Main Lobby, operated by the hospital Auxiliary. Proceeds from gift shop sales benefit the Auxiliary, which donates funds to support hospital programs and services.

- Coffee, cold drinks, pastries and other items are available.
- WI-FI is available in the coffee shop for wireless Internet connection and several computer work stations are available, with Internet access, are available for visitors to use.
