Latha Dulipsingh, M.D., FACP, FACE
Dr. Dulipsingh is medical director of the Joslin Diabetes Center Affiliate at The Hospital of Central Connecticut and Endocrinology and Bone Health. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endocrinology and Metabolism and the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Dulipsingh earned her bachelor's degrees in medicine and surgery from University of Madras, India. She completed an internship at Madras Medical College Hospital in India and an internship and residency at the University of Connecticut Health Center.
She completed her fellowship in endocrinology at the University of Connecticut. Dr. Dulipsingh has been in practice since July 1998.

James L. Bernene, M.D., F.A.C.E., M.A.C.P.
Dr. Bernene is board-certified in internal medicine and endocrinology and metabolism. He is a professor of medicine, associate chairman of medicine and the assistant dean for clinical education at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine.
Dr. Bernene received his medical degree from Albany Medical College in Albany, N.Y. He completed his medical residency at Cornell University - New York Hospital, and a fellowship in endocrinology and metabolism at Albany Medical College. Dr. Bernene has been at the hospital since 1988. He has participated as a researcher in numerous diabetes clinical trials.

Manmeet Kaur, M.D.
Dr. Kaur earned her medical degree at Government Medical College, Chandigarh, India. Kaur completed an internal medicine residency at Saint Vincent’s Medical Center, Bridgeport; and an endocrinology and metabolism fellowship at the University of Connecticut Health Center. She practices at the Joslin Diabetes Center at The Hospital of Central Connecticut, (860) 224-5672.

Joseph Rosenblatt, M.D., F.A.C.E., F.A.C.P.
Joseph Rosenblatt, M.D., is associate medical director at the Joslin Diabetes Center. Dr. Rosenblatt is board-certified in internal medicine, endocrinology and metabolism. After receiving his medical degree from the University of Connecticut Medical School, he completed his internal medicine residency at New Britain General Hospital.
He then completed two fellowships: in diabetes mellitus at the Joslin Clinic in Boston, Mass., and in endocrinology and metabolism at the University of Connecticut Health Center. Dr. Rosenblatt is an assistant clinical professor in endocrinology-metabolism at the University of Connecticut Health Center. He is active in the American Diabetes Association and other professional organizations. Dr. Rosenblatt has been in private practice since 1982 in New Britain.

Michael Radin, M.D.
Dr. Radin is an endocrinologist the Joslin Diabetes Center Affiliate at The Hospital of Central Connecticut and also in private practice with Plainville Endocrinology. Dr. Radin earned his medical degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine in Farmington.
He is board-certified in endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism as well as internal medicine.
He completed a residency in internal medicine at Medical College of Virginia Hospitals, Richmond, VA., and his fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Pittsburgh, PA. Dr. Radin has been in practice since August 2005. He is also an associate professor of medicine at the University of Connecticut Health Center.

Charles W. Graeber, M.D.
Dr. Graeber is board-certified in internal medicine and nephrology.
He earned his medical degree from Rush Medical University, Chicago; completed his internship in internal medicine and his residency in nephrology at the University of Iowa, Iowa City.
