The Joslin Diabetes Center Affiliate at The Hospital of Central Connecticut provides individualized care for people 18 and older with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes, as well as pregnant women with diabetes. The Affiliate is housed at the New Britain General campus; some programs and services are also offered at the Bradley Memorial campus in Southington.
As a Joslin patient, you will be taught to manage your diabetes by incorporating a team approach.

Self-care and self-management
We also help people with diabetes take charge of their own health and well-being, offering individual and group education programs to give patients the tools they need to avoid diabetes complications and maintain better health throughout their lives.
