Cancer programs
Look Good, Feel Better - The cancer center frequently sponsors the American Cancer Society's "Look Good, Feel Better" make-up/make-over and scarves/wig program every 8 weeks. This program is for women patients in active treatment. Attendance is limited to 10. Reservations are required. Call (860) 224-5299 for the next date.
Women's cancer programs - Throughout the year, the George Bray Cancer Center will hold programs of interest to women, including a variety of cancer survivor speakers, programs on prevention of breast cancer recurrence, cancer prevention, complementary therapies and more. Check the calendar for details.
National Cancer Survivors Day - The George Bray Cancer Center's 15th Annual National Cancer Survivors Day will be held Sunday morning, June 3, 2007, at the AquaTurf Club in Southington at 9:30 a.m. Call (860) 224-5299 for information or to be put on the mailing list.
