Position Duties:
  Under the direction and supervision of the Manager of Education, collaborates with various healthcare team members in assessing, planning, developing, implementing and evaluating e-learning programs for all levels of personnel. Independently identifies training needs related to LMS functionality and reporting capability for end users and department leadership and independently executes plan to address the same. Manages personnel associated with LMS functionality and elearning course development.
Educational Requirements:
  B.S./B.A. Degree
Minimum Requirements:
 
  • 5 years related experience including elearning design and execution and LMS management.
  • Must be proficient with Captivate, Lectora and Articulate elearning software.
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook and Publisher) required.
  • Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and Customer Service skills (oral, written and telephone communications).
  • Must have superb organizational and priority setting skills with proven ability to meet deadlines and manage high peaks of work volume with frequent interruptions.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
     
  • Previous training and data management experience is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Medical Terminology is strongly preferred.
  • Hours:
      Full Time - 40 hours, 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday
