| Educational Requirements: |

MD or DO |
| Minimum Requirements: |

Completion of a residency in Pediatrics
BC/BE in Pediatrics |
| Preferred Qualifications: |

Strong patient focus
Desire to work in a fast paced envrionment
Self-teacher and motivator
High ethical standards
Active in hospital and community activities
Pervasive professional decorum with staff and patients
Highly flexible and adaptable |

Mon-Fri 6 pm - 10 pm; Saturday 1pm - 9 pm |
