| Position Duties: |

Under the responsibility of the practice physician and within their area of competence, the APRN participates directly in the care of patients. The APRN will provide primary care to behavioral health patients. Under established guidelines and under supervision of a physician, performs routine physical examinations, and formulates medical, educational, and psychosocial plans to treat patients. |

CT RN license
Current CT APRN license |

Previous APRN experience in a primary care setting
Critical-thinking skills, problem solving skills
Outstanding communication skills

Strong customer service focus, responsiveness to patient and clinical needs
Motivation for seeking opportunities for professional development
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks. |
