The Hospital of Central Connecticut is pleased to provide our patients and their families access to our Patient Concierge Service-Helpful Hands Concierge.
From administrative services, gift/flower delivery, petcare referrals, dining options to transportation services, contact the concierge desk by dialing ext. 5177 from your in-room phone, or (860) 224-5177 from outside the hospital.
Mailing and Administrative Services
Faxes, Printing, Mail and Notary services are available at the Concierge Desk
Flowers and Gifts
We offer a large variety of gift baskets, flowers and gift-cards for delivery or pick-up.
Transportation Services
We can provide you with transportation options to help you and your family get from here to there.
Hotel Accommodations
We are happy to arrange local hotel/motel accommodations for visitors and their families.
Internet Research
If you require internet research on any non-clinical topic, we can provide you with a packet of information.
Pet Care
We can arrange a pet sitter for your pet during your stay.*

Food take-out and delivery options are available for family and visiting guests. Please see dining options for more information.
